Function someipNotify

someipNotify(opts: SomeipNotifyOpts): Promise<void>
Publish an offered event/field using vSomeIP application::notify (not a raw SOME/IP send). Requires someipOfferService / configured services and someipOfferEvent for that event first.
Parameters
- opts: SomeipNotifyOpts
  Target service / instance and event id (eventId preferred), plus optional payload.
Returns Promise<void>
Remarks
This is the service provider path: subscribers receive the update through the normal vSomeIP event pipeline.
